1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Urban Life Technical & Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Urban Life Technical & Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning, pest control, technical work, and nanny services in Dubai and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Pest control services
  • Technical maintenance and repairs
  • Professional nanny services

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We will confirm your booking via phone or WhatsApp.

3.2 Scheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. However, availability is subject to our schedule and may require adjustment.

3.3 Minimum Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for standard bookings. Same-day or emergency services may be available at an additional charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed before service delivery.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope, special requests, or difficult access locations.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Customer Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
  • Ensure safe access to the service area
  • Secure or remove valuable or fragile items before service
  • Inform us of any special requirements, hazards, or concerns
  • Be present or arrange for someone to be present during service
  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service completion

7. Service Guarantee

7.1 Quality Commitment: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7.2 Re-service: If the issue is due to our service quality, we will re-service the affected area at no additional charge.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services and staff.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to improperly installed fixtures, or damage resulting from customer negligence.

8.3 Claims: Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban Life Technical & Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
